1. Shipping Partner & Coverage

  • All orders are shipped via Shiprocket, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
  • We currently ship across India to most major cities and towns.
  • Some remote locations may have limited delivery options.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹[40] per order (for orders below ₹[500])
  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹[1200]
  • Express Shipping: ₹[80] (if available for your location)

Exact charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order through our website under the “Track Order” section.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please provide an accurate shipping address to avoid delivery delays.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to your unavailability, a second attempt will be made. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

7. Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Once delivery is confirmed, the product cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or expired.
  • To request a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the damaged or expired product.
  • Approved returns will be processed with a replacement or refund, as applicable.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working on expanding our shipping services.
